A two-hour calligraphy workshop with Shweta P. Raina, covering nib work, Old English letterforms, and guided practice with all materials provided.
Old English lettering has a weight and rhythm that feels carved rather than written. This session is designed as an accessible introduction to how those letterforms are built by hand.
Over two hours, Shweta P. Raina will guide participants through the essential strokes, pacing, and pressure changes that define the style, using a proper nib, ink, and structured practice sheets.
The workshop is hands-on from the start, with materials provided at the venue.
Participants leave with a finished page of letterforms and a clearer understanding of how to continue practicing the script on their own.
